We are a large primary school with three classes in each year group, so all colleagues benefit from working within a supportive and collaborative team. However, despite our size, the warm, nurturing ethos of the school creates a ‘homely’ feel and a real sense of belonging, where every child and member of staff is recognised and valued.

We provide a wide range of training opportunities to support the growth and development of all staff so that they, too, can fulfil their whole potential and enjoy successful career progression. Working alongside five other schools within the Campfire Education Trust also provides regular opportunities to collaborate and share good practice, and experience a variety of settings.
