You will find information about how to apply for a place in Reception for September 2026 and September 2027 by clicking the links below. The admissions policy sets out how we prioritise applications when we receive more than the 90 we can accommodate in any year group.
If you are interested in applying for a place for a child in Year 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 or 6, please contact the school office directly. You will be asked to complete an in-year admissions form, which is available below.
For a place in Reception, please contact the Admissions Team at Buckinghamshire Council.
For admissions into the Nursery at Bourton Meadow Academy, please contact Mrs Smith, in the school office, to discuss your requirements - nursery@bourtonmeadow.co.uk.

| 14 May 2026, (11:59pm) | Deadline for submitting completed appeal forms |
| At least 10 school days before appeal hearing | The Appeals Team sends the appeal date & time letters to parents. The Appeals Team also tells parents the evidence deadline date. |
| 6 calendar days before appeal hearing | The Appeals Team sends appeal papers to parents, admission authority, school and Appeal Panel |
