School Lunches

All children in Reception and Years 1-2 are eligible for a FREE hot school meal each day. These must be ordered from the menus available in the ‘forms’ section of your ParentMail account by 9am the Friday before meals are required. If you do not order your meals, we will assume that your child will be bringing a packed lunch into school and we will not prepare a meal for them.

For children in Years 3-6 the cost of school meals is £2.60 per day. These must be ordered from the menus available in the ‘forms’ section of your Parentmail account and paid for via the ‘dinners’ payment item in ‘payments’, by 9am the Friday before your meals are required. If you do not do this, we will assume that your child will be bringing a packed lunch into school and we will not prepare a meal for them. 

In the ‘payments’ section of your ParentMail account you will be able to view your current balance and make top-up payments, when necessary. This account will be debited every Monday for any meals ordered the week before. Please note that due to increasing bank charges we will no longer be accepting cash or cheques, except in exceptional circumstances.

If you wish to provide a healthy packed lunch, please ensure that this does not include fizzy drinks or excessive amounts of sweets and please remember that we are a NUT FREE school.  Our school curriculum teaches children to make healthy choices – including a well-balanced and nutritious diet – and we ask that parents and carers support this aim when preparing their child’s snacks and lunches.
